Kugri Stones

Kugri / A Ghanaian term from the Nangodi region meaning the earth spriting-stone

The two chairs are made to resemble early forms of seating where materials reflected their immediate surroundings (stone and wood). Made from recycled newspaper pulp, gypsum (from ground plasterboard) and wood, these stools can form a bench or a table.
